Description:	To meet with the fast growing business, CRH has set out stricter requirements in terms of the quality, structure and quantity, etc. of its team. In this regard, CRH has planned to recruit around 100 forthcoming university graduates or graduates of higher qualifications with overseas study experience majoring in human resources, finance, strategies, law, audit and information technology, etc.; as well as senior professionals specialized in areas of finance, medicine and pharmacy and investment. Successful candidates will be offered systematic training before being appointed to the key positions in our departments and profit centers so that they will be able to contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of CRH. A recruitment team is specially established for this purpose. CRH has planned to organize on-site presentations in four selected cities in the US and UK to allow face-to-face and interactive communication between CRH and the graduates and professionals who are interested in joining CRH and enable them to know more about CRH. In connection with the selection of high-caliber candidates, CRH will arrange a two-year systematic training in various level-1 profit centers. The training package will includes on-the-job training, job rotation and experience exchange. After the training period, the candidates will be considered to be allocated to the appropriate positions based on the assessment of CRH and the profit centers, job requirements as well as individual aspirations.
Responsibilities:	Corporate legal affairs.
Requirements:	Language(s): English, Mandarin Other Requirements: 1. Familiar with corporate legal affairs, including the authorities governing general domestic and overseas companies and related laws and regulations. Knowledge in authorities governing state-owned enterprises and operational procedures will be an advantage 2. Basic concept of PRC and Hong Kong listed companies and related regulatory authorities and the relevant laws and regulations 3. General knowledge of PRC laws and/or British Commonwealth common law in relation to litigation, merger & acquisition and labor 4. Basic written report preparation and communication skills, including the compilation of materials for corporate policies and management requirements and the preparation of reports 5. Knowledge in finance and tax matters in the PRC and/or Hong Kong will be an advantage 1. Big-picture insight, team-oriented and good communication skills 2. Amiable, inspiring, team builder, strong motivation 3. Sincere, practical and prudent; 4. Familiar with operation of office softwares; 5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese 1. PRC and/or British Commonwealth common law related disciplines; 2. Full-time overseas bachelor�s degree or above.
